When is the best time to divide and spread Creeping Phlox?
I had some red Spider Zinnias in a container to the left of these bricks, look where they have reseeded..

Today I am asking for traveling mercies for all of those attending my daughter's wedding. Lord, I am also asking for your favor, grace and protection to cover the wedding and all involved from the people delivering items to the wedding, the wedding itself to the trash collector's who will be collecting the trash when it's over. I also pray a hedge of protection around the Bride and Groom as they leave in the limousine with the bridal party for a party downtown and then off on their honeymoon the next morning. In Jesus precious name I pray...Amen

What a beautiful & unselfish prayer! I say "amen" it and pray that GREAT JOY and rejoicing will be the atmosphere of the ENTIRE day!
All the flowers in your photos are so colorful and healthy looking! We live in two different ZONES obviously :)
I love all of your pictures as usual but most of all I loved your prayer. I agree with you and pray this prayer for your loved ones too.
I am intrigued by your mums and wondering if I can plant them in the ground here in Central Florida, as a perennial. I love your Shefield mums. :)

Oh Darla what a wonderful prayer! I will be thinking of you this weekend. Have a great time!
I am just amazed that you keep on posting to your blog during this busy, busy week! Love that clematis! For all the plants we share between our zones, that one always reminds me that my garden is indeed in a different clime. Best wishes for a safe and peaceful wedding day filled with beautiful memories. Hope you are planning to share lots of photos!
Sending warm hugs, thoughts and prayers for the most wonderful wedding weekend ever!

Ignore the Stax on the previous comment. Blogger is slower than me today, finally something slower than myself, and put in part of the code at the end of the comment.I noticed it as soon as I hit the button but then there was no bringing it back. LOL!
Oh I love all your flowers and your garden....Christine
Darla, I am fervently hoping and praying the wedding is perfect for all of you. I also hope they will be taking pictures in your lovely gardens! Blessings and congratulations to the new couple!
Beautiful garden, have a wonderful wedding. Take care.
Happy Wedding Day! Your garden is lovely as are all your wedding decorations. Enjoy it all to the fullest. I am agreeing with your prayer for this most special day.
Beautiful flowers, good luck with the wedding
Hi Darla Dear, The best time to divide phlox is probably right after it's finished blooming. This will allow it plenty of time to rejuvenate before the next flowering period.
Miss Batemen is quite stately. I love her dark stamens.
Blessings before during and after the wedding. I can't wait to hear all about it.
I hope the wedding is everything the brifde and groom want it to be. I know you've worked really hard~ Thinking of you all as you celebrate~gail
Good morning from frosty old England Darla
