Wednesday Words...

This week there hasn't been much gardening around here. Either to hot or raining...today, rain.

I borrowed an idea from La T Da...she's in my blogslist. She made BOO pillows out of burlap and I thought it looked fun. So here's what I've done..

The Snowman pillow didn't show up that well.
I even made a Gingerbread Burlap wall hanging...I sewed two loops on the back, now I need to get a dowel rod to hang it on.
I can't wait to show you how my T-Shirts have improved. A couple more test runs and I'll be ready. For more Wednesday Words drop on over at http://muddybootdreams.blogspot.com

What a wonderful idea. How did you get red burlap?

They all look great, and maybe they will become a addition to the Etsy site?

Can't wait to see the T-shirts.

I think you should make those ginger bread men and put them on towels too! I love ginger bread men...and snow men...they are not just Christmas...they are winter!I wish you lived closer..we could make so may things together...including trouble for the psycho that lives next door!!! you have no idea what she has been doing this last couple weeks...I think the saline from her implants is affecting her brain...or maybe it is just the huge amounts of alcohol...but we now have an ugly war fence made from twine and survey stakes...in my garden!
I wonder if she realizes that I need someone to take a whole lot of frustration out on...lol...and I don't scare easily! lol
will post it this week...

Those are very nice and I like the snowman lots cause I collect them. I make wreaths with burlap. You'd like them. I take an oblong piece of burlap about 5x11 and fringe the long ends about an inch down. Fold it long ways accordion style then fold in half. Stick them in a wreath so the fringed ends stick out the wreath and then decorate with Autumn decor like little pumpkins. You can also use those burlap fringed pieces to stick in a table arrangement and makes it look shabby---would look good with your colors. Hint: I use floral T pins to stick the burlap fringe pieces to the wreath.

Am looking forward to seeing your Ts.
