Happy Birthday to your boy, Darla!
Love your gomphrena! It is still summer in your garden...

Darla have you seen Gomphrena "Fireworks"? It gets real tall and then kind of hangs over like fireworks.

I have a couple of them in my yard and have enjoyed them a lot this summer.

Hi Darla, you have some coleus I have never seen.....oh, that red one is so pretty! And your celosia makes mine look like it needs vitamins! Gomphrena will be making an appearance in my next garden, too.

Happy birthday to your handsome son!

Great blooms still with you! Happy Birthday to the birthday boy! We had a great long weekend filled with relaxation which I so needed...

Your loofas are intriguing me to no end. Cant wait to see them ready for scrubbing...

The cakes are awesome! A real talent there! My neice dabbles in this area as well. I find it amazing what they can do with a cake these days...

Today, I am thankful for the beauty that Mother Nature gives :-)

Thanks for visiting me today. Looks like you have more material than I do growing in your yard that might be good in a dried flower arrangement. Beautiful garden....handsome son! Congratulations on both.

Happy birthday to your son, Darla Dear. Would you believe I FINALLY have a Celosia in bloom? It's totally worth the wait but it was a long one.

Nice Gomphrena too!
