We were busy as bees until yesterday. It was cold and rainy, we stayed in and watched movies. Nice relaxing day. It was nice.

Darla: Very nicely captured and shown, there were certainly a lot of busy bees.

Looks like they were seeing how many they could fit on that ecchinacea. Great pic Darla!

Wow! I've never seen so many on one flower before!

You need to follow them home and get honey.

Very busy bees! They sense winter is coming. My sister brought me a bouquet of zinnias and she said she had to almost fight the butterflies off in order to pick them.

Love your new header. It's warm enough here today, I'll bet we have some bees out, but not many. Your garden is certainly popular.

We had some rain over the weekend, so we weren't quite as busy as bees, but I sure like your great pictures.

Love these shots of the bees Darla! We were pretty busy all weekend too with football games and trick or treating. I drove by your house on Friday afternoon with my grandkids. They were both kind of upset, so I was taking them down there to look at the horse, but it didn't help--they were still screaming so we had to go home and calm down. I think both of them had too much candy and excitement at their schools that day!

Excellent shots Darla... I got a real buzz from them... ;o)
I have just seen your comment about me 'looking for bark'... I laughed out loud at that... luckerly I took these the week before on a local walk... and yes my 'Barks' will be from this trip.. ha!
I am looking forward to this weeks little challenge and do enjoy this banter..

Love these photos with so many bees...it's good to know they're thriving with the concern that their population is dwindling.

The coneflowers seem to be in great demand and those are some very busy bees. Lovely photos.
Lucky you to still have blooms, and warmth!
