Don't you just love that Lobelia mine is same color and it has bloom nonstop all summer and still has blooms. It may not make our winter for it is only coldhardiness to 32oF

Beautiful shades of purple and a few blues. My fav color - purple. Your pansies are so pretty around the tree. Good luck at the yard sale.

I had to laugh about you remembering FF while preparing for your sale. That sounds like me. You have some lovely blooms today, as always. Hey, I wish I lived close enough to come to your sale.

I love dark purple flowers! Yours are all so beautiful. Those violas and pansies are so cute...every time I see them I think of Alica and Wonderland!

Beautiful flowers Darla... Your pansies are looking GOOD. Everything is looking quite drab up here now--so it's nice to see pretty flowers this time of year.

Good Luck with your Yard Sale.
Hugs,
Betsy

I planted some lobelia in the veggie garden last week. All you blooms are pretty.

I'm kind of glad to know my mexican sage isn't the only one that gets new growth while the old is looking ratty. What is that? I went ahead and cut back the old and it's like there's a brand new shrub underneathe. Strange. Or maybe not.

Darla: I really like that balloon flower. Does it send out seeds when it pops? Did you figure out how to capture its movement?

Your gardening prowess is always evident, Darla. Especially on Fert/Friday. Would you believe my Salvia leucantha is still blooming too? No frost yet. Love it.

You are preparing for a yard sale, and most of us here are fixing up our umbrella's and fine tuning our gumboots.

It is wet, wet, wet, and more to come. BUT, at least it isn't white wet.

How great to see your sunny, blooming garden. It really lifts the spirits because here it is foggy and dreary.
