Welcoming You To Our Home...

Well Guys and Dolls, it's time for the weekly Header Challenge and the theme was chosen by http://imac-photosfromthemindseye.blogspot.com/ "Welcome To Our Home." We have so much fun participating in this friendly little competition every week, our comments to each other can be quite funny too!

I posted my Snowman Can on Saturday, Dec. 5 because she is exactly how I felt after pushing and pulling decorations around. Today not only do I feel like she looks, I also look like she looks..

"WELCOME TO OUR HOME!"

I am showing random Christmas decorations in our home.

Some of my Santa Collection on the fireplace...the tree will go to the left of the fireplace, (before Christmas I hope)

My Red Headed Step Santa Claus..

This is one of my favorite Santas. Annalee Mobilitee Doll 1976--collectable.

and a 12 Days of Christmas wall hanging...

I have so many decorations up already, I am not opening anymore boxes from downstairs!!

Now visit http://imac-photosfromthemindseye.blogspot.com/ http://thefishingguy.blogspot.com/ and http://womtig.blogspot.com/ and please leave a comment about your likes and dislikes of our headers...

Hi Darla..your Christmas decorations are gorgeous, and this header thing is very interesting. Yours is so cute. We have not had even a touch of frost, and I hope it stays that way. Hopefully the shelter from the lakes will help us out again this year. I am so happy to visit you again, and I look forward to more of your great photos and ideas.

I love your header! That's about how I feel now. You have lots of cute decorations. It really is a lot of work, but definitely makes it feel like Christmas.

Darla, your home is certainly cozy looking for Christmas. That's a wonderful collection of Santas. You're the first looky this week. So I'm off to see what the others have done.

Beautiful decorations Darla. I am so far behind on reading blogs. I am in the wedding mode right now instead of Christmas! I don't even know if I will get to decorations....well the Christmas decorations anyway.

Well--I've now seen all four--and yours is definitely my pick for this week. Maybe it's just a 'girl thing' --but I loved seeing your home!!! It's so inviting--especially this time of year.

Hi Darla~~ Wow your Florida weather sounds like PNW stuff--rain, cool temps, drizzle more rain... [Only we're more like Alaska right now.] I like your snowman can! You've got so much talent.

Such a cute header! I love that snowman.
My vote goes here this week Darla.
You followed the theme more so than the guys and it's full of fun and warmth.
You struck gold this week. ;)

I love all of your Santa Claus figurines. I know how you feel about the boxes... the elves never came to my house to help me so I had to drag them up and down the basement stairs. At least I got some exercise! LOL

I love the Santa with the red hair and beard. I have something similar which is unusual and interesting.
