The Monarda really is putting out a second flush of blooms.

My husband and I do not recall this Queen Tears Bromeliad ever having this many blooms at once. Maybe because I pulled about 10 out last summer

Wow Darla, your zinnias, and everything else, are knock your socks off gorgeous! What a treat with the brom too. I never met a zinnia I didn't fall in love with. You asked if we had firebush, I don't think it is hardy here, but yours sure is wonderful. I do grow pentas which bloom a long time and the hummers love. :-)

I planted several zinnias this spring and not one has bloomed yet. I hope I can find the Diamond Frost Euphorbia locally next spring. I really like that airy look.

Oh Darla, Those gerbera daisies and the zinnias are so beautiful but I have to say my favorite is that double datura. I have never seen one before. It is stunning. I also loved the pic of the flower with the little butterfly captured on it. Just beautiful. I am going to try the dish soap onto the tarp this weekend when they girls come back. Thanks for the tip. We have a wholesale greenhouse up here in Canada and we grow most of the plants you've got. Torenia NEVER works for us. We've tried over and over. It's quite cold up our way....maybe they don't like our chilly temps?

Such beautiful flowers, and I have to agree with the others that the zinnias are just amazing.

My lands girl but you do have some pretty zinnias. Do you have to take your gerbera indoor down there in the winter? Your are so pretty. I love the two I got and will try to overwinter them.
You know I do not know about that silly flower of mine. The leaves do look like phlox but the flower is funky looking for phlox. I know it was not what I expected but this has been one weird summer all around ;-)
