Header Challenge Day...

Don't know if you can tell it was raining this past Saturday when I took this photo of two Goldfinches... Here's the 1000 piece puzzle that Hubby and I finished in one week. (He did a lot more of it than I did, I put the flower part together)
Dew drops on my Blue Fescue grass yesterday.
Dew drops on my Coral Reef Sedum...I love this plant!
Today's Header Challenge was chosen by Tom over at http://womtig.blogspot.com/ the theme - any photo you want as long as it's in Black and White. Be sure to drop by Tom's, http://thefishingguy.blogspot.com/ and http://imac-photosfromthemindseye.blogspot.com/ at 3:00 p.m. this afternoon, that's 8:00 p.m. (I believe) across the pond and let us know what you think.
I am still in search of a nominee to compete with the other nominees to become our 5th member.
Let me know in your comment if you are interested. See ya around 3!

Today I am thankful for my loving, caring husband..

Hi, Darla ~ I really like the Coral Reef Sedum and you took a great photo. I just posted some full photos of my garden right before my latest post. It is called No Two Gardens Are the Same. Thanks for asking! Have a good day.

Hi Darla,

I really like the photo of the dew drops just hanging off of the fescue. I love sitting down with my kids and working on large puzzles. Especially on rainy days like we have been having lately.

I love puzzles and that one is a pretty one! I hope you are feeling better. My daughter and son-in-law did hear the ambulances the other night--they said there were two!

I must admit that I don't see how you find time to work on puzzle with all the other things you do. I really like your Coral Reef Sedum. It's beautiful.

I'm with George. That coral reef sedum is fabulous. It looks a little like some of our semps.

How are you feeling??? Are you able to cut back on the water?

Trying to get an appointment at the foot doctor...
Hugs,
Betsy

Love all the photos and the header!

Hey, I hope and pray that potassium works for you...It worked for me...They did go through and did every test known to man on me with my heart...It was all in tip top shape-Though the testing was very inconvenient it's nice to know all is well. I tend to get night sweats (love that menopause) so I sweat out alot of potassium...I eat a banana every day and lots of baked potatoes too. But I have to always keep an eye on my potassium-My grandmother had to also from her 40's on and she is 93!

Robin~♥ Great puzzle!

Darla: What a neat look at the winter flowers, this is tough.

Sounds like you got it down Darla-It would be great if the potassium works for you like it did me. Sometimes I wonder if this really isn't a "female issue" My mom and grandmother went through the same thing as we did in their late 40s-50's.
I knew that about the bananas but still eat them every day-Every little bit helps-though you have to eat 1 CUP of banana just to get 594 mgs of potassium! The Gatorade is too hard on my blood sugars-I drink one and I am tired. Baked potato is my favorite source. I also eat ALOT of kidney and pinto beans on my salad, avocados and almonds too. I had to cut back on my water intake too- Who would have thought you could drink too much water? :) I was flushing all my good for me nutrients/vitamin/minerals right down the toilet!
Been thinking about you and what you've been going through and praying for you too~♥

DEAR DARLA.
LOVE ALL YOUR PICTURES ESPECIALLY THE CORAL REEF SEDUM. I AM NOT FAMILIAR WITH THAT ONE AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW MORE ABOUT IT. FROM WHAT I COULD TELL ONE OF THE LEAVES LOOKED LIKE A JADE PLANT..
I AM GLAD YOUR RUN OF TACHYCARDIA HAD NOT BEEN MORE SERIOUS...THAT IS A BLESSED THING.

Glad to see I have found another post in my reader from you Darla. I really liked the fescue with the little jewels on the end of each blade of grass. Your puzzle looks great - it reminds me of some of the Thomas Kinkade puzzles.

Hoping and praying that you are on the mend.

Rosie

Beautiful pictures!
Why does it not surprise me that you put the flower part of the puzzle together?!
I would love to work one of my puzzles. I usually work on them in the winter. But this winter has been too busy with other things.
I would love to be in the header competition. But I just don't know that I could "be there" every week.
