Fertilizer Friday

Drop on by http://tootsietime.blogspot.com/ for FF ...
We received 2 1/2 inches of rain yesterday so my plants are a little droopy. It's raining again this morning..we have a beautiful sun filled weekend in store...things will really jump then.
I have been waiting about 7 months on this Aubrieta Whitewell Gem to bloom...this is not for our zone...so there!

Finally a purple Crocus from my mixed bag of bulbs.
Narcissus Double Erlicheer

Candytuft looks scraggly this year.
February Gold
Lost name tag.
Pansies in Iris bed, there is a Clematis Vine at the base of this Crepe Mrytle Tree that is leafing out.
Pansies in one of my three wheelbarrows..See the Sage to the left, it's mixed with the Vinca Vine....it has stayed green since last Spring.
Pear blooms...........there will be Pear Pies in our future again this year.
Ranunculus still in bud mode.
Alyssum

Today I am Thankful it's Friday!!

Pretty blooms Darla. My candytuft looks really bad. I'm not sure it survived our winter.

Hope you have a great weekend! I know you will with the warmer temps.

Good morning Darla. I sure like that narcissus. The coloring on the crocus is pretty too. I need to remember to plant more crocus this fall.

What a treat to see all these pretty spring blooms, Darla! I'm still waiting to see anything blooming in my garden. It's good to see, too, that so many plants survived this strange winter.

Your blooms are like eye candy...thanks for sharing...I'm a sucker for pansies. And...I also have old wheelborrows that get scented with flowers. Too Cool.

Now I think you're ahead of us here :) You have so many pretty flowers blooming! I waiting for my Crocus that is supposed to look like yours to bloom. I had no idea they all bloomed at such different times.
The pear blooms here are close to opening, I'm hoping to see at least one pear this year.

One of these days I'm gonna have to walk down the street and see all of your beautiful flowers in person Darla! I sure hope this rain gets out of the way before next Saturday. My son's wedding is on her fiance's family's farm in Havana and it's outside! I think they have a tent just in case, but I'm getting nervous.

Hi Darla, I can't wait til some things bloom here. Our poor pansies are trying to bloom --after a rough winter.. The Crocuses are also about to bloom ...

Yours are beautiful --and I love all of your daffodils. Our Candy Tuft is nowhere near blooming yet... It will be awhile on it I think..

We need sunshine --and right now, all we are getting is RAIN.

Have a great weekend.
Hugs,
Betsy

You do have some beautiful flowers on show Darla.... I will not try to pick a favourite... have you a 'Macro' setting on your camera... if so that pear blossom is begging for a close up.

My son called by yesterday, I got him to take me out while I got a shot or two of some snowdrops.. very hard to find mind you.
I came across a garden I have seen being worked on over the last 3 years... it was a rough overgrown patch of land with a small natural spring which made for a soggy mess... It as been landscaped now and the spring as been made into the most beautiful stream, complete with small waterfall. I took a few pictures with you in mind.. and will post one or two later today. The cottage to this garden is on a single track road called Rabbit Lane....
