Three Doors Down...

On Tuesday I visited with Ms. Doris Three Doors Down. Her gardens are springing to life in all of this beautiful weather that we have been experiencing in North Florida.

Isn't this Iris just so beautiful?
Love the hint of yellow in the center.
A new Japanese Magnolia recently purchased--very nice!
Her Tulip Tree is just about finished blooming for the season, I rather like this stage too.
She is going to have a ton of pears on her Pear Tree...gotta give her my Pear Pie recipe.
Love the blooms with the pines and the blue sky in the background.
Her Loropetalum is flowering great, look how big it is...
Thank you Ms. Doris for letting me visit. It was a long overdue visit indeed. Looking forward to watching your gardens burst forth with new blooms.

Today I am Thankful for having a wonderful experienced garden friend just three doors down!
**Medical Update** My labs all came back in the normal range, potassium included!! Thanks for the thoughts and prayers...I go back in two months to see what the levels are then.

Great blooms! Our pears will be blooming soon but unfortunately they are the nearly worthless ornamental pears. I sure wish they produced fruit!

Isn't it wonderful to visit other gardens? And how lucky to have such a garden 3 doors down! You can enjoy it everyday of the year from afar...

Hurrah on the arrival of the hummingbirds. I put the hummingbird feeders out but so far, have yet to see the first arrival but they should be here any day...

I am so glad that your blood work came back in the normal range. This stuff can be so scary so keep on doing whatever you are as it seems to be working...

Today, I am thankful for the honking sounds of the geese I hear flying above....

Thanks for taking us along on your visit to this beautiful garden. I'll admit, though, that it just makes me more impatient for things to start blooming up here.

Good Morning Darla Sweetie...
Please thank Ms Doris for allowing you to share her beauty with us. OMG I adore the Iris flowers. Moma and Daddy always have tons of Iris flowers in the yard. Different colors, and Ms Doris has beautiful ones at that. I have never seen a tulip tree. How beautiful this was. So gorgeous.

Everything was beautiful Darla. Thank you for going for a visit. I can't wait to see what you share next.

Country hugs sweetie...Sherry

Miss Doris has gorgeous flowers. I agree - it is nice to have a 'Doris' gardening friend. I hate to see mine leave but I have until June to squeeze in time with her. Now be sure and go back more often and update us with some more of her beautiful buds! ;-) I know . . . there's only so much time . . .
