Bloomin' Tuesday...

It's Bloomin' Tuesday over at http://msgreenthumbjean.blogspot.com

More rain is on it's way....

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~`
Today I am Thankful for the power of prayer. I am asking for prayers concerning my Dad. He is refusing, at this time, to have the Melanoma tumor removed. It is very important that he agree due to the stage and location of this tumor. It will be sad if he survives the the heart failure and lets the cancer kill him.
As always your Dad is in my thoughts. Your garden is an abundance of blooms today. I brought my walking Iris in the garage over the winter, however I don't think it survived. :(
It is difficult for us as children, and I am sure it is more difficult on his part to decide. Let the flowers bring some happiness.
Your gardens are so amazing Darla. You are so creative and I just love your garden art and container ideas. You have some stunning blooms there. Beautiful iris. I can only hope that my breadseed poppies do half as well as yours.
Praying for your father.
It is difficult to see our parents suffering in poor health. My mom and dad just made a surprise visit to see me. It broke my heart to see my dad in so much pain after his lung cancer surgery last year.
I pray for wisdom for your dad as he makes this difficult decision and peace for you.
Your garden is beautiful!
Thank you for the nice comment that you left on my Bloomin' Tuesday post. Your garden is beautiful. I not only enjoy looking at the flowers, but I like the various ways in which you display the flowers (e.g., on the tractor). I pray that your father makes the right decision.
Wow! Those are beautiful flowers you got there. The Poppies and nasturtiums! Though they're so common and usually overlooked, they're a beauty nevertheless! I love 'em.
I'll keep your father in mind during my daily prayers, Darla. Don't worry, it'll all be fine...
Looks like Summer over there already. We had 2 inches of rain last Friday .
I think my prayers are for Wisdom for your Father.
Dads can be stubborn sometimes. Prayers it is.
Your Poppies are so pretty. I cannot get over how much is blooming in your garden now. Is your Root beer irises still blooming?
Hi Darla,
I'm sorry about your dad's cancer. My next door neighbor found out yesterday that she has colon cancer. She has surgery for it Thursday. I hate cancer!
Your sure have lots of blooms. They are beautiful, as always. I love all the colors. Those are snapdragons in the first and some of the other photos, aren't they? Are they perennials for you? Once in awhile I have some survive winter.
Yes, I am thankful for the gift of prayer. I am praying for your dad this evening.
Your flowers are absolutely gorgeous. The Hot Lips Salvia, wowzers. Is that a 'Knock Out' rose? And those poppies...ooh, la, la. Isn't it nice to have such lovelies to tend to when life gets tough?
I'm gonna add your Dad to my prayer list. Poor guy just don't want to be bothered with it.
Your flowers are beautiful as usual. I have so much planting to get done I don't know where to start.
BTW, I love the jornal reading kitty on your sidebar!
