Thank you for visiting my blog and providing the name of one of a couple of my flowers -- the purple and white Altheas. I enjoy photographing flowers; however, I do not know many of their names.

It is cloudy here in NW Pennsylvania; rain is not in the forecast until Thursday.

I skimmed through a few of your other blog posts. Glad to hear your oldest medium kid feels well enough from bout with flu to return to school!

I bet you have lots of flowers almost year round there. It all still looks so lush there. Hope the rain stops soon.

Hi Darla! Thanks so much for stopping by my blog. Your zinnia's are beautiful! Actually, all of your flowers look so pretty and fresh All mine are looking rather wilted and ready to hibernate for the cold season.

I'm glad oldest Medium Kid is better and I hope she didn't share her 'bug' with anyone else in the family. Thanks for sharing your flowers with us. Some of your rain finally got up here -- we need it.

Hi Darla, Glad your daughter got to go back to school today. Is there alot of that flu down there???? Hope nobody else in your family gets it.

Your flowers are gorgeous as usual. Our Vinca just hasn't done well this year.. I think it was because I split it after buying a big batch... They have always done well for me until this year. Next year, I don't try to separate them.

Hugs,
Betsy

Hi Darla. I hope the seasonal sicknesses are behind you for a time (till the next one). A very floriferous post. And since I'm a hopeless Zinnia aficionado... delightful.

Love the color of that Zinnia! I could use some of that rain you've got there. While your daughter returned to school, my son is home sick today. I sure hope it's not contagious.

Hi Darla,
I just read your other posts since the butterfly hatching one. I am glad your daughter is feeling better.

I like all your blooms. I was forgetting that pineapple sage blooms. I wonder if mine will, since it hasn't yet.

OH I love seeing all these pictures. I am glad your daughter is better.

Oh goodness, I think you had all the first blooms and here you are with a garden full so late in the season. That does it -- I'm moving to your neck of the woods!

Well it still looks grand at your house. I love zinnias and have found a new yellow narrow leaf that blooms its little fool head off. You got to love a flower that performs like that. I've got to remember to plant Envy zinnias next year. I only had one come up this season.

Still lots of pretty flowers in your garden. It's always sad to me to see summer fading away. Winter is a long time to go without flowers!
