Organized confusion...
and
more organized confusion..
Jacobina is blooming again
My seeds are sprouting........
Whoo Hoo.....I'll tell you more about them as they grow bigger..
Really there are two Hummers in this photo
This one has rain droplets on it's back....they might enlarge
AND the youngest medium kid and I did it!! We helped a Monarch egg turn into a caterpillar in a sandwich container with a moist paper towel....
Thanks for the concern of me not feeling to well. We were unsure if I had Bells Palsy or the Shingles. The left side of my face has been acting retarded here lately. I now have a small lesion on the inside of my cheek right where the nerves and muscles were going crazy and numb. The Dr. believes that it was an infection manifesting itself this way. Started antibiotics today..they will not give me the flu shot until we see if this is the problem. Regardless, he said it was brought on by stress...........geez! I do pray and ask that you will as well for the antibiotics to work. They should, I have not had to be on antibiotics in years..
Have a great, glorious, God loving weekend!

Hi Darla! So no more stress for you..okay! That's an order! Have fun with the birthday celebration and rest up so the meds can do their job! I'll take some of your organized confusion...looks pretty wonderful!
Love visiting your blog - such beautiful plants and flowers. There is one in particular, the second photo, that I would like to know if you could share the name of the plants. One is the tall deep red plant and th other is the very light green plant next to it.
I sure would appreciate knowing what these are and thank you so much.
Who are you anonymous, you know you can leave your name? Tall deep red on the right is a Sun loving Coleus--Oxblood. The light green plant is an ornamental potato vine. Thanks for your interest.
Darla, your organized confusion sure looks pretty to me girl. And a mystery happening with the seedlings.
Have fun at the party and take care.
Darla, If I could get my confusion to look as good as yours~~I would be a much more satisfied gardener! You know I am thrilled that you love phlox!! You are going to have so much fun with it... I want to send you the PPPP soon. Can you email your info again! Thank you for the sweet link!
Ouch on the boo-boo....let's hope the meds kick in fast.
gail
Wow.....my guess would be shingles. I have had it before, it is definitely stress induced. I hope it goes away soon!Your yard still looks great. I desperately need to work in mine this weekend, but it doesn't look like that is going to happen....it is supposed to rain...imagin that! It has rained here everyday for about 3 weeks now. So needless to say the weeds, and the flowers are outta control!
Just cut out the stress! That's what a doctor told me once. They tell you that, and give you no knowledge on how to DEAL with stress. If I cut it out, I would have had to leave my husband and five kids:)
Love you organized confusion:) My motto, both good and bad:)
Take care, and keep blooming:)
I sure hope you don't have shingles. I personally know 4 people that have come down with it in the last 6 months :( Your yard is beautiful as always. Can't wait to find out more about the seedlings.
I'm so sorry Darla! I will say a prayer for the antibiotics to do their job. Feel better and get some rest!
I will definitely be praying that it goes away quickly with the antibiotics.
Take care of yourself!
Hi Friend, I hope the antibiotics work and that you are feeling better SOON. Take it easy though..
Love your garden. You have so many beautiful flowers --and they all enhance each other. I LOVE it.
Love your hummers also.
Hugs,
Betsy
Wow, your garden is looking great. I especially love the reds in it. I hope you start feeling better soonest. P.S. Hedge of protection is priceless!
YOur plants look beautiful! I hope you are feeling better soon.
Happy Birthday to your medium kid!
Great hummingbird pictures. How lucky to get two together. The ones around here chase each other off.
I hope you're feeling better soon!
Love the organized confusion Darla. Looks great to me.
Hope you continue to feel better. It seems like shingles and Bells Palsey go hand-n-hand. My mom suffered from both last year.
I am sorry you are under stress, so try to slow down.Sit down in your garden and think happy happy things only. HAPPY BIRTHDAY med: kid.
Patsy
Your yard and flowers are gorgeous, as usual, but don't work too hard keeping them perfect. Maybe you need at take a break and put your feet up and just rest. Wishing you a restful weekend.
Hi Darla...
Get well soon...and hope you bounce back soon.
I liked the organized confusion bit, sounds familiar :)
thanks for stopping by my blog and leaving some wonderful comments
Hi Darla~~ Glad to hear it's nothing too serious. Your organized confusion is beautiful.
Gorgeous shots! Hope the birthday celebration was great!
I think we both need to give up stress! There has been way too much of it around here lately!
Have a great weekend!
Your organized confusion is BEAUTIFUL! I would love to have that kind of organized confusion in my back yard.
Have a blessed weekend!
Robin~♥
Hope you get to feeling better Darla! :0
Darla, you have got to slow down. My daughter has told me this all week. I hope the meds work. I have heard that shingles are very painful. I will pray for you. I have a request for you to pray for. We have spend most of today in the emergency room with my sweet honey. 6 hours later we find out he has a kidney stone. I have never saw him in pain like this. They have him drugged right now. If you don't mind, please keep in him in your prayers as we pray for you also. Love ya!
Wow, you are skilled at gardening! Everything is so lush and green, love that. :) So glad you found me through Tootsie's blog!
my stress has caused a weight loss total of about 50 pounds so far...and I think I'm still counting! I suppose any weight loss is a good one. I am now officially back down to my wedding dress size!
now...your stress is not doing these sort of good things for you girl...you stop it now...ya hear me?
your organized confusion is like heaven to me!
happy birthday oldest middle baby!
I just love to see a tray of seedlings come to life.
I hope the antibiotics work. Take care.
Darla: Your flowers are looking super, its great to see hummers.
in many ways girl....those wreaths I made were inspired by you...when you mentioned candles...it set my mind to the how to's of that...and I am not into making those (yet) lol...but it set my creative juices flowing!
I hope you are feeling well friend. I have been worried about your stress and how you are coping. If you need me lady...I am so Here!!!
I think it's neat that you (youngest Medium Kid) were able to coax an egg into becoming a Monarch caterpillar. I look forward to learning more about those sprouting seeds in the days ahead.
